CANADA’S ULTIMATE PASTA
Our
grandfather milled flour for a living in the medieval town of Gioia Del Colle, Italy, as his
forefathers had done for generations before him. In 1932, drawing on
his vast knowledge and understanding of the milling business, he developed
what we have come to know as the “Ultimate Pasta”.
True to our grandfather’s original
recipe, we are proud to continue the tradition that he began in 1932. Only
the highest quality 100% Canadian durum semolina, Canada Grade AA lean beef, fresh Ricotta
cheese, Parmiggiano, Reggiano, and Romano cheeses imported from Italy, and the best
market fresh ingredients are considered when selecting our ingredients to
achieve that “homemade taste” that our grandfather insisted on.
At
Pasta D’Aprile Pasta, we don’t compromise. Genuine goodness can only
be produced by maintaining the high standards initiated in 1932.
